The Valor Tire Pressure and Temperature Monitoring System (TPTMS) has been specifically engineered to meet the challenges of fleet management in reducing tire maintenance and fuel costs while increasing safety.

Our patented solution monitors your tires in Real-Time and consists of internally-installed sensors that measure air pressure AND temperature within your tires every 4 seconds, and transmits these values wirelessly to the cab directly or via a trailer transceiver every 30 seconds.

The display identifies each tire and evaluates the data, indicating the position and corresponding air pressure & temperature of each tire, and alerts the driver if any problems are detected.

The tire information can be downloaded or sent to fleet headquarters in real-time allowing for immediate, proactive fleet management.

SENSOR:
The Internally-mounted sensor monitors your tire's temperature and pressure. Discover why Valor's robust internal sensors are a superior and more reliable choice for your fleet.

ANTENNAS, TRAILER TRANSCEIVER & CANBUS:
The antenna receives data wirelessly from the sensors and trailer transceiver, and then transmits into the cab via the CANBUS.

The trailer transceiver also serves as the wireless communicator for our automatic "Drop-and-Hook".

DISPLAY (optional):
Utilize your Telematics solution or Valor’s Display to visualize data in Real-Time.

HOW IT WORKS

The internally mounted sensor is
installed in each tire and measures
air pressure and temperature every
4 seconds.
Setting or resetting the baseline tire
pressure is a simple process through
the Hand Tool.
Tire data is wirelessly transmitted
from the sensors to the CANBUS via installed antennas and transceiver.
The display identifies the sensor
position, evaluates the data, then
displays the air pressure and
temperature.
In the event a problem is detected,
the driver is alerted immediately.
A built-in function can be enabled
that would activate an aftermarket
LED warning light to alert the driver.
Tire data is stored every 30 minutes
under normal conditions, while
“exception” data is stored every 30
seconds.
